An "OS" me and my friend Theodore made for the Game Boy, inspired by GBS Windows. We plan to soon sell cartridges on Etsy you can buy if this project gains attraction.

Install instructions
If you have a Game Boy, great! Copy the ROM to your flashcart.
If you don't have a Game Boy, download a Game Boy emulator on your PC or smartphone, and run the ROM from there.
